Free Initial Consultation
I provide a free, 15 minute phone consultation to answer any further questions you may have and to assess your needs, so that you can determine whether I might be the right clinician for you or your child.

Rates
Individual Therapy/Parent Coaching (45-50 minutes): $165
Individual Therapy/Parent Coaching (60 minutes): $200
Psychological Assessment (60 minutes): $200
Intake & Diagnostic Assessment (60 minutes): $225
Consultation: $200/hour

Insurance
I do not bill insurance at this time. Depending on your out-of-network coverage, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement from your insurance provider after payment for your sessions is received. I provide a superbill (invoice) on a monthly basis. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards, and HSA cards.

You may provide the following procedure codes to your insurance company ahead of time to determine if they provide coverage for out-of-network providers:
Individual therapy (45-50 min): 90834
Individual therapy (60 min): 90837
Individual session with family member: 90847
Diagnostic assessment: 90791
Psychological assessment: 96101

Collateral Contacts and Consultation
In order to provide comprehensive services, it is often important to collaborate with schools and other providers. Prior authorization for this contact is required. Additionally, there are times when clients or parents require extra consultation by phone or email. Any consultation with collateral contacts or clients/parents that exceeds 15 minutes will be billed to the client on a pro-rated hourly fee of $200. These services are not reimbursable by insurance companies. 

Cancellation/No-Show Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so as soon as possible. Any appointments no-showed or cancelled with less than 48 hours are subject to the full charge of the missed appointment. Extenuating circumstances do arise and will be considered accordingly.
